All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Service providers set their own pricing. Refund policies are determined by individual service providers and must be clearly communicated to customers.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or compromise the safety and security of our platform.

6. Content & Conduct

Users agree not to post inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content. All reviews and ratings should be honest and based on actual service experiences.

7. Limitation of Liability

Splasha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
